Jamie Wroe

Specs go in, code comes out, and the things nobody bothered to check along the way turn into the bugs that infect the breakroom chats. We build for results instead of requests, trusting data over opinions, and not shipping until we really understand the problem.
I've spent 15 years fixing that loop. First as a DevOps and delivery consultant (Intermediate Capital Group, Clarksons Platou, Arctic Shores), then as CTO at Invevo, where I built the engineering organisation from zero. No team, no pipelines, no in-house platform, only results.
Now I'm building Zarvo to bring that same thinking to other engineering teams. Engagements start with either a 1-day diagnostic or a 5-day focused sprint to find the constraint that's actually costing you delivery. This is usually a tangled codebase, a team that's out of rhythm, or a gap between product and engineering. I'm running Zarvo alongside my role at Invevo, so I can take on a handful of engagements at a time.
